Assess the Knowledge and Health Behavior on Osteoporosis among the Older Adult in Selected Community Bhubaneswar

Introduction: This study was done to assess the knowledge and health behaviour regarding osteoporosis in khandagiribari. And find out association between with selected socio- demographic variables. Methods material: quantitative experimental approach non randomized control group design adopted. 200 people were by purposive sampling technique, who met inclusion criteria . Self structured interview schedule used collect data self assessment scale asses level of among age above 60 Health is The reliability Tool II computed using cronbachs alpha formula which found 0.85 acceptable. Reliability III 0.90 Result: findings showed that majority samples 60-70year It there need create awareness programme chi square value revealed valid gender, education, occupation. Conclusion: concluded good also positive osteoporosis.
